These Terms of Service govern the use of Axiparts websites, RFQ forms, product search tools and business communication channels.

RFQ-based service

Axiparts operates as a business-to-business RFQ and sourcing platform. Product availability, pricing, lead time, delivery options and technical suitability are confirmed individually during the quotation process.

No automatic order acceptance

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed order. A transaction is only confirmed after quotation review, customer acceptance and applicable commercial checks.

Product information

Product names, brands and part numbers are used for identification and sourcing purposes. Axiparts does not claim manufacturer authorization unless expressly stated in writing.
